Always pleased to provide some of Joanna’s Wardrobe’s lingerie and swimwear to my favourite photographers for their projects and loving the atmosphere of the studio, I happily spent last Thursday with photography undergraduate Laura Whittaker and models Annie Andrews and Eliott Taylor at the Dieselpunk studio in Essex. It’s really exciting to see the 1940s and 50s retro look being popular with younger photographers and models and I absolutely love the 50’s American Diner setting!  Annie wore the Black Jolie collection with Nude Retro Seamed Stockings, and Eliott wore a suit.

The weather in the UK appears to have got cooler than the unexpected sunny days we had in March and now everyone making a quick dash under an umbrella for shelter from the daily outbursts of rain and find an extra jumper to keep you warm, so we all need to look forward to our summer holidays and plan our beachwear.  How can you resist this season’s new retro swimwear collection from What Katie Did, which is sure to make you look and feel gorgeous, while emulating the glamour of the past but being bang up to date with today’s fashion?
